My interest in Alternative Dispute Resolution began through my legal education and has grown into a passion for helping individuals resolve disputes outside of traditional court proceedings.
I believe people deserve practical, accessible options for resolving conflict. My goal is to provide an approachable alternative to lengthy court proceedings while maintaining professionalism, neutrality, and integrity throughout the arbitration process.
My Story
Aubraelle Porter-Lambert is a Certified & Court-Appointed Arbitrator serving clients throughout Henry County and the Greater Atlanta area. Drawing on her background in business management, communications, and legal education at Purdue University, Aubraelle approaches each matter with a practical understanding of both legal principles and real-world problem solving. She is dedicated to helping individuals and businesses resolve civil disputes, contract matters, and business conflicts through efficient, impartial, and cost-effective arbitration.
In addition to her legal education, Aubraelle earned dual bachelor's degrees in Business Marketing and Business Management and has extensive experience in facilitating communication among diverse stakeholders and resolving challenging issues through thoughtful collaboration. Her diverse professional background enables her to approach each matter with organization, objectivity, and professionalism.
Prior to focusing on alternative dispute resolution, Aubraelle built a career in project management and public communications. She also served as a Communications Advocate in partnership with the Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT), where she facilitated communication between government agencies and the public on transportation initiatives. These experiences strengthened her ability to manage complex matters, communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, and guide parties through challenging situations with professionalism and respect.
Outside of her professional work, Aubraelle enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, traveling, cooking, and tackling home improvement projects. She is passionate about community service and expanding access to practical dispute resolution services for individuals, families, nonprofits, and small businesses throughout Georgia.
